DOA Policy
DOA Policy: By making this purchase you agree to the terms of this policy. Failure to follow the guidelines outlined in this policy will result in this policy voiding.
In the rare event that DOA occurs, pictures must be taken of the dead coral in the original UNOPENED shipping bag with in 1 hour of BUYER RECEIVED delivery. No Exceptions. Credit will be issued for any DOA coral as long as the DOA policy is followed.
Buyer must be their to receive the package right when it is delivered and must be brought into the home with in 10 minutes of Fedx Drop off time stamp.
This policy will prevent a box of coral from being left at the front door for any reason and are non negotiable. If delivery is made to a Fedx location, the DOA policy begins when the box is delivered to the location. If a Free coral is provided, it is NOT part of the DOA policy and has no guarantee. DOA must be confirmed by us (seller) prior to the corals being removed from bags.
When the corals are removed from the plugs or dipped the policy automatically expires. Package must be signed for on the first delivery attempt. If a DOA occurs and buyer wants a replacement to be reshipped, buyer pays the new shipping fee.
DOA’s due to a Fedx shipping delay will be a credit issued towards a new coral for the customer at the sellers discretion. The new shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. Shipping is non refundable. But we will do everything we can to satisfy any DOA that may arise.
Shipping is done through FedX Priority Overnight.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on live stock. Our arrive alive guarantee is valid only when the DOA policy is followed. It is at our discretion to ship to a Fedx location near you if weather or traffic insists.
